The Cabin is a tranquil place set in woods but within easy distance of Kirkmichael Village. The light is fabulous, the garden beautiful with different plants and animals easy to spot.

The Cabin was built in 1968 but has been extensively modernised in the last couple of years. Its very comfortable in both summer and winter with central heating and a log burner. The Cabin is a tranquil place set in woods but within easy distance of Kirkmichael Village.

 Verified The cabin in the Glen has a totally idyllic location - we watched half a dozen deer roam through the garden whilst we had an evening drink!  The living area was really quite comfortable and the value for rental was superb.

We had a few issues which Tara resolved where she could, very good communication.

 Verified If you are looking to stay somewhere surrounded by nature and wildlife then this is the place. We saw red deer, fallow deer, roe deer, red squirrels and woodpeckers without even needing to leave the house. Beautiful location and the pictures do not do the house justice!
